Andy Steiger is currently completing a Masters Degree in Apologetics at Biola University. Although he is originally from Portland, Oregon he has been living in Vancouver, British Columbia for the past 12 years. He first came to Canada to complete his B.A. in Biblical Studies. Upon completion he worked for 7 years as a pastor to teenagers and college students. He met his wife Nancy in college and they have been married for 8 years and have 2 little boys, Tristan (2 years old) and William (9 months old). Andy and Nancy love serving in missions and travel. As newlyweds, they traveled the world for over a year with just a backpack and $30 a day. Not only did they learn a lot about each other through those adventures but about people and God. In fact, Andy feels that the much of his education in apologetics has been learned through ministry and travel. That all said, the most important thing in Andy’s life is his relationship with Jesus Christ. At 17 he stopped fighting his belief in God and began seeking out who this God was. A short time later, he found Jesus Christ and has enjoyed the adventure of faith ever since. He enjoys serving the Lord in discipleship, apologetics and speaking. Andy’s other joys are laughing, reading, anything in nature and spending time with his boys
