The newest CDC report shows that anxiety, depression, and thoughts of suicide have skyrocketed in young people--especially those in the 18-24 year old age group. This problem has bee growing for a few years, thought he pandemic has highlighted the crisis. Here, Lenny is joined by therapist Tom Thomazin to discuss some of the causes of despair among youth today and how both the Church and families can work to help them overcome their anxieties.
